Woah, who the hell is this? Wrench from the Bup Ciphers lore is attempting to join the Low Budget Tournament, first try! Sporting stuff related to general building, his "naturally" good luck, and a callback to his roots, he's fairly confident that he'll not only get in, but also take the tournament.

After multiple failed recordings of Mario Party, instead of strangling a puppy, The Runaway Guys are here to compete in the Low Budget Tournament Preshow! They need so much mental help it’s not even funny.
