It seems to me that many people these days make more effort to separate themselves from others than to compare themselves with others. Both are triggers for unhappiness, in my opinion, but it's something more than that.

This song has very few bass parts. Most parts use an 8-string guitar. This is the result of avoiding the competition between the bass and the area of existence. I did slaps, thumbs, tapping, and all sorts of other things. It took me a long time to finish the song because there were so many parts I had to practice and I had tendonitis....hahahaha

Some of my favorite bands are: Kiss, Led Zepplin, AC/DC, CCR, Black Sabbath, Megadeth & Metallica to name a few, but currently I enjoy bands such as: Nightwish, Lacuna Coil & The Dark Element .
