After the success of their first two collaborations it was inevitable that German nu-disco star Tim Bernhardt, AKA Satin Jackets, would reunite with up & coming UK vocalist Tailor and that burgeoning partnership has once again produced dividends in the shape of their stunning new single 'First Thing'.

A bittersweet disco pop gem, 'First Thing' once again shows why Tailor is so in demand right now, as both a singer and songwriter. Delivering another heartbreaking appraisal of our own frailties and faults, Tailor delivers his lines with a searing honesty and raw intensity that captivates the listener.

Media Blackout alumni Le Flex returns with his latest smash ‘In My Dreams With You'. The London based enigmatic Le Flex has been a regular in many top artist playlists, constantly showcasing his huge originality and versatility without ever disappointing. From the first beat it becomes very clear that Le Flex created a monster of a track that has all of trademarks and heartfelt vibes we have come to love from him. Essential stuff that should not be missed!

Japanese master and Kitsune alumni ‘Boys Get Hurt' makes a welcome return to Media Blackout with his incredible rendition of ‘In My Dreams With You'. Boys Get Hurt's affair with sound "through heart, hands and computer tools" has led to a raft of successful releases and remixes, and this is no exception. Part Indie Dance, part melodic laid back Chill House; his remix of is ode to house music that creates a mood that's perfect for any setting.

The second remix comes from none other than French sound maestro Egoh, who to people in the known is a true master of the craft. He drops a stunning remix of ‘In My Dreams With You' a modern beach house jam with all the right elements. The bouncy bass and great synth chord arrangements create a sexy, provocative atmosphere while Le Flex's voice make words settle in truly magical fashion, creating a warm felt atmosphere that creates special memories every time you listen to it.

Russian wunderkind Toly Braun, famed for his body moving beats and immense production skills, delivers a remix that dives into more upbeat territory with lots of euphoric vibes. The luscious use of the vocals, bass stabs and driving drums make for an irresistible rhythm while the clever chords round off these fantastic interpretations.

Last but not least we have Media Blackout favourite MotiBo who's remix focuses on the melodic side, by cleverly chopping the beats and vocal for the opening part oft he track to create a moody and emotional vibe, which in combination with some swinging drums half way thru establishes so much positive energy that it takes you right to any happening beach house club at sunset in the world, emphasising the vast musical spectrum this release has on offer.

Approaching a hitrate of half a million streams, the Danish Borneland brothers and their collaborator Falcon Punch have decided to give the trace a reinterpretation. In addition to their own dub version, NTEIBINT and AIMES truly delivers on this.

With prior remixes on The Rapture and Chet Faker, NTEIBINT from Eskimo Recordings brings a dreaming smooth groove take on the track. While the Brooklyn based AIMES brings a clubie-big kicks-lush synthetic version with hies signature silky bass lines.

The original track has been a labor of love and nearly two years in the making, and was brought together through a collaboration spanning three countries - the US, Denmark and Slovenia. The song was originally intended to be a remix done by Falcon Punch of the original Borneland track, but the two artists decided to team up and create a new version together, which is what we're sending you today. Guest vocals are provided by Line Gøttsche of Denmark and saxophone was provided by Anton Krutov of Slovenia. Falcon Punch initial met Anton after he submitted a saxophone cover of Falcon Punch's song "Square One". Falcon Punch immediately contacted Anton and the subsequent collaboration followed.

Having dipped into his back catalogue with the retrospective 'Diamonds are Forever' EP German producer Tim Bernhardt, aka Satin Jackets, returns to the here and now with new single 'Take It From Me'. Reuniting Tim with London based singer Emma Brammer, 'Take It From Me' is another sophisticated and emotional disco-pop gem that tugs on the heartstrings just as surely as it will guide feet onto the dancefloor.

"Imagine when two people get together and the vibe is so good and everyone's having an amazing time, because it's fresh and directionless and mad and hedonistic and fun, but when the dust starts to settle they realise they're at very different places," explains Emma. "By the time they know it's broken it's gone past a point and it's too late to salvage and then instead of ending it amicably, we do these hurtful things. So this song is a bit about soothing the fire, reassuring the other party that, with hindsight, it was never going to work out - it was fated never to be."

With more than 25 million streams of his debut album, 'Panorama Pacifico', on Spotify alone Satin Jackets is one of the biggest names in nu-disco today, feted for his warm production and refined melodies. Having previously featured on the debut Satin Jackets album, Emma Brammer has gone onto to build a reputation as s solo artist in her own right and also collaborate with the likes of Alex Hook and Blank & Jones.

'Dance All Night' is the first EP from Russian/Hungarian duo Kontinents who impress with their sleek production and proficient songwriting. Based in Moscow and Budapest, Peter and Holic (head honcho from Space Walker recordings) combine to create polished Nu-Disco with a warm, lively twist. 

Actress/Singer Shusha features on both songs on the EP, her voice and melodies perfectly accompanying the duo's groove-infused instrumentals. 

EP opener 'Dance All Night' is a poppy disco track featuring lush synthesizer arrangements and a hyper-catchy chorus that bursts into life. 'Be With You' is more sparse and stripped down, forgoing the bouncy vibe of the first track for a more tender approach. The two tracks compliment each other fabulously; 'Dance All Night' celebrates the raucous party atmosphere of disco while 'Be With You' is a love song with a disco sheen. 

Two remixes of 'Dance All Night' close out the EP, the first from Sare Havlicek who remains rooted in disco but with a less 80's/retro sound, while Yomakomba strays further into a deep house take.
