Il y a quelques années, une petite fille disparue subitement d'un asile psychiatrique, aucune trace d'elle n'a été relevé depuis cet incident. Certains employés de la gestion du centre ont pourtant l'impression d'entendre sa voix et d'apercevoir la silhouette de cette petite fille pendant la nuit.
Depuis le jour de sa disparition, deux patients ont été retrouvés morts, tués par strangulation dans les chambres vis à vis à celle où résidait la petite fille.

Où est-elle à présent ? Qu'est-elle devenue ? A-t-elle commis ses meurtres ?
