Matt Blower has been djing for a little over a year now, and has improved leaps and bounds. After listening to UK garage and grime through his teens, in 2007 he heard a set that would set him on a course to where he is today. That set was Breeze and Re-Con at HTID 17, and the moment he heard Only You he was hooked. For the following 2 years, he would buy, listen and grow to admire all of the music and the artists in the scene. He decided in October 2009 to buy his first hardcore vinyls, and then proceeded to practice on his cousins 1210's for hours at a time trying to find that perfect mix.

Several months on, he got a break at Hardcore Madness in Atherstone. After his set, everybody was full of praise, saying his style threw up something for everyone. This lead to him being booked at THUD in Nuneaton and Let The Beat Kick in Leicester, playing alongside some well-established names in the scene, but still holding his own.

Recently, he's turned to production side of hardcore. After a few duds, he's finally managed to find a sound that suits not only his dj style, but also has people interested and wanting to play it in their sets and on their stereo's. In July, he got his first song signed, Talk To Me, which was signed by Hoodzie to Tryed N Tested and has recieved widespread praise by all who have listened. It peaked at number 4 in the hardcore chart. His songs have attracted the attention of the mighty Go Tell Yo Momma and Robbie-S's Make Some Noise in the past couple of months, culminating in Make It Better being released on GTYM Presents The Take Over.

2010 was a productive year for the young dj and producer and hopefully 2011 will be even better. One thing is for sure, he'll always have a smile on his face playing the music he loves to the most important people to him, the ravers.
