Rough Recordings is a German record label that focuses on underground club music and has a strong commitment to quality. The idea of Tobias Hölzel and Daniel Napolitano to start their own label came to fruition in 2013 and since then, they have been dedicated to releasing raw Chicago and UK House music. Their philosophy is centered around ensuring that quality is present in every aspect of their label, but with a particular emphasis on the music they release. In addition to Rough Recordings, they have established Rough Limited, a sublabel dedicated to vinyl-only releases.
