Detroit legend DJ T-1000 lands on Radio Slave’s Rekids Special Projects, backed with a remix from Hertz Collision.

DJ T-1000, aka Alan Oldham, is a multi-talented artist, label owner and graphic illustrator who has taken his unique techno visions to the world's best clubs and labels since the ‘80s. He has helped to showcase theMotor City sound worldwide, with acclaimed releases on vital electronic imprints such as BPitch Control,Tresor, and his own labels Pure Sonik Records, Generator Records, and Xfive.

He kicks off his EP for Radio Slave’s imprint with 'Klendathu,' a well-swung, high-pressure techno track with supple drums and fizzing synth stabs. It's stripped back and perfectly designed to hypnotise. Fresh from killer releases on Truncate and CLR, Hertz Collision flips 'Klendathu' into a kinetic and energetic cut with darker bass, fierce vocals, and a tangible sense of tension.

'Functionality' brings trippy synth loops and belting drums together, custom-built for strobe-lit dance floors. The superb 'Hood Tactics' follows with deep kicks, hard hits, and pulsing leads. The atmospheric and reflective 'We Shared A Moment' is a slower affair with emotive synths, airy vocals, and smooth rolls to round out another standout release from both DJ T-1000 and Rekids Special Projects.

The Parisian Techno scene has a vast number of players, but none growing exponentially like DJ & producer Nymed. 

Growing up in the seaside town of Dunkirk in Northern France, the artist’s proximity to the Belgian border fueled his love affair for electronic music. He began his own party series, "Conceptual Violence," in bunkers on the Flemish Coast after becoming properly acquainted with the Belgian and Dutch club realms across the border. 

The concept was simple - to reappropriate & transform a former historical warzone into a place of celebration, joy, & love. What initially began as a party series evolved into a podcast, showcasing a wide selection of Techno artists from all over the world. 

Prior to the 2020 pandemic, Nymed relocated to Paris and began producing music and honing in on his DJ craft. Now, he is known as a pillar of the scene. He launched a new event concept, Toyz, in 2021 as a move to revitalize and fill a growing demand for safe party spaces for other like minded, sexually liberated queer ravers.

Nymed’s sound is characterized by a love for old school 90’s techno, with a no frills approach to mixing that sets him apart from his FX laden contemporaries. This revivalist sound has made him an in-demand artist locally at iconic French queer events like Spectrum & Myst, but it also allowed him to play on the international scene in clubs such as Berghain (Berlin) or Paragon Broadway (New York). 

Fluctuating between hypnotic and sensual, his music production work channels his DJing philosophy while incorporating trippy melodies and sexually charged rhythms. 

A chance meeting with fellow artist and label manager False Witness led to a friendship where a mutual respect for each other's creative visions were forged, leading up to Nymed’s debut EP, ‘Vassau’ on E-Missions Recordings in April 2023.

Leandro Iván Leguizamón (1991) es un DJ / productor argentino oriundo de Grand Bourg, zona norte de Buenos Aires.

En sus sets podemos encontrarnos principalmente con una improvisada atmósfera mental de tipo asfixiante, cargada de tensión y moderada relajación, producto de una mezcla cuya premisa es una constante propuesta de prolijidad.
Sus herramientas favoritas son tanto la hipnosis como también el groove y se apoya principalmente en subgéneros del techno como el groovy raw, groovy hypnotic, dub y hardgroove.

Por otro lado, su faceta como productor lo lleva a editar música en los sellos ROOM recs, Arhythmic, REW, Protocolo Saturno y 091 Records.

Es owner y residente del ciclo C4, mediante el mismo busca gestar un movimiento cultural que logre la trascendencia del techno underground.
