Do - دو

This mix was put together from my home studio in Melbourne, Australia. I used the Ableton Live program to sequence it. 
I first started putting ideas together during Melbourne’s lockdown at the end of May and it became one of my lockdown projects to do. 
It was great for me as an artist with the length of the mix, being 
3 hours 33 minutes and 33 seconds. To have that length of time to work with gave me the opportunity do something a bit different from my regular peak time club sets. I’ve started the mix at a mid tempo groove of 110 Beats Per Minute and it progressively builds and builds from there. Covering music genres from Electronic, Organic House, Ambient, Progressive House, Breakbeat and Techno. It’s a real musical journey that l am extremely proud of. Hope you enjoy.

Have we got a little gift for you today!

Our fellow Belgian "Stan Lee Cole" released his album and asked us to do a remix for his hit single "Separated". Since the track is utterly beautiful (and so is the video), we just couldn't say no. "Separated" won first prize in the Prestigious International Songwrting Contest, judged by a.o. Tom Waits and Suzanne Vega.

Our version is a little sunnier than the original, creating more a feeling of hope.
