The 4 conditions of wiping over the socks:

Have to be in state of purity when putting socks on
One does not exceed the time limit (1 day and 1 night for resident, 3 days and nights for traveller)
Can only be done for minor impurities
Socks have to cover the ankle

The time starts at the first wiping of the sock.
Does removing the socks nullify the wudhoo?

It is known that in Islām the male may marry up to four women, if he has the ability, can be just between them etc.  Although the common question that arises is what if there is a condition stipulated upon the male, stating that he may not marry a second woman, is such a condition valid? Or is it bāṭil, because Allāh has made it ḥalāl for him to marry the second? Our brother Mūsá Richardson discusses this issue.
