Josey Radix was born in England, as a baby he left England to live in Jamaica giving him his reggae Roots.
Coming  from a st Lucian, Jamaican parentage he later migrated to Canada where he finished high school and college.
In high school music became a vital role in his life, performing in an high school band 1978 to 1980 and later the Roots Movements from 1984 to 1990 out of Ottawa performing in Barrymore's, Rising Sun in Montreal and many more clubs in Toronto Thunder Bay Ontario.
After migrating in 1997 to Vancouver BC Canada 26 years ago he kept up with his solo career entertaining people with his pulsating reggae music and educational lyrics
