Born in a sheepshed in Kiwiland.
Releasing music from the age of two in Spain, Daniel became the youngest DJ of the 80's. (yeah right - but the rest is true.)
"Gotta Get Thru This" took off in 2001 after Daniel and his friend DJ Izzy B would routinely strap 100 white labels to Izzy's back and pawn them off on as many Vinyl shops as would take'em.
Getting signed was a blast, resulting in two Albums in 8 years (only one in the US). Nonetheless 4.5 million albums - or thereabouts - is nothing to sneeze at. AHellOfALotMore albums to follow...

RetiredOrphan is a versatile DJ and producer who was born and raised in the Los Angeles area of California. He was raised in a family of musicians and naturally took to music as an interest at a young age. RetiredOrphan first became fascinated with dance music when he heard a drum and bass song in a YouTube video in 2014. Listening to that track was an unforgettable experience that piqued his interest enough to lead him to dig deeper into the genre. A few years later, he was inspired to take the plunge into FL studio and begin his own musical journey. Now RetiredOrphan has built up quite the catalog, with a range that includes midtempo, house, dubstep, and drum and bass, all with a twist of cinematic, metal, synthwave, and retro influence. He has gone on to release on HYBRID BLAK and received support from Blanke, Social Kid, GHOST DATA, Bad Proxy, Mechanical Vein, and NO HOPE. He also played support for GHOST DATA and Kindrid in Houston and hopes to play more hometown shows in the near future.
