ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

These times where everything occurs so fast is really difficult to make a pause and with calm try to understand what you have in front of you.

Just for the simple fact you are reading about this new project, we want to thank you, so thank you very much for supporting this project, we really appreciate you put some of your time reading and listen about it.

This is an epic crusade that simply wants to show in all its splendor what it means for many of us such an eroded term but as beautiful as it is the word "underground".

For many of us, this music represents values that we would like to see more often, values that we want (and we need) to be reflected in future generations.

Now that everyone talks about our music is easy to read here and there things like "...electro music is very limited ... sounds always the same"... These words really hurts many of us, the many we love, and we know in depth what electro music is, because electro music is just the opposite, it is a very diverse and rich music, you can feel the pulse of electro in many compositions, thousands of tracks, even in ambient tracks with no beats.

For this reason we call this project ELECTRIC ECLECTICS

The support we received to our last projects, the 5th Anniversary 808 Box and Music For The Other People Place helped us to take more risk and decide to start with Electric Eclectics.

The foundations and the aim of this project is exactly the same of the 808 Box, but this time we want to put the light over some artists who helped to build and develop the sound of modern electro music, but also others that we consider the present and the future of our music, the Underground Electro Music.

This new box includes 21 high quality vinyl records, mastered and cut at 45rpm for the best sound and dynamics. Each of the first 18 records are dedicated to one artist, the other 2 are an advance of the second part of this project next year. The audio included here is about one/two minutes of all tracks included in each record... this is more than 3 hours... the total length of the 21 records is almost 9 hours of pure electro music.

Back from the depths of the underground CYBEREIGN returns to "Battery Park Studio" with a storming track and 4 remixes from some of his favorite artists.

CYBEREIGN aka. Sean Higgins is an Electro Underground Producer from the UK who's love for the music started in the 80s.
He has produced tracks for labels such as "Tropical Underground", "Crobot Muzik", "Elektrodos Recordings", "Urban Connections" and he also produced a lot of remixes for artists like Robertiano Filigrano, Dark Vektor, Coherer, Nexus 23 and more.

Let’s see what the future brings, maybe "A FUTURE OF DARKNESS".

Snack Atoms appears as EABE’s latest signing with a bombardment of uptempo electro rollers. The EP is based on live performances in Helsinki’s Kaiku and Leipzig’s Distillery, creating a pleasantly coherent trip through the four tracks.
The title cut sets the pace with a bouncy beat and a driving bassline joined by wistful synths, topped off with a catchy lead as the powerful track picks up to full throttle – like a maglev train gliding through a neon-lit cityscape, raindrops in the window turning quick into colourful traces. The rest expands on the expertly conceived formula, drawing from elements of dub, trance and contemporary bass music. Not much is known about the protagonist who prefers to travel in the shadows, but the effortless craftmanship and penchant for melody shown here suggest they’ve been lurking in the underground for some time already.
