Jungle - Hardcore - DNB with female TIME OUT and Ragga vocals from Capleton's Deh Ya Tuh Ras title. Personally my most worked on track, taking almost double the time i usually take, but well worth the outcome. smooth Jungle with female vocal intro, then the darker side begins with 3 layers of bass and ragga vocals, followed by some serious amen which i have worked in lots of variation, then again onto more build up with Hardcore Synth, into dark bass and ragga vocals,  taking the tune to a smooth jungle finish.

TIME OUT

93-95 style Hardcore Jungle track, Spacey elements with bongo and beat depth variation, hits and whips just like we use to produce intelligent spacey DNB, with massive influence from Basement records production types.  light and dark vocal samples, in with typical 93 style light and dark synths, chords etc. probably one of my favourites to produce due to the fact i love this type of tune, will be producing much more similar. Before moving onto more early Hardcore productions, i decided to build a Dark and Light Synth sounding Oldskool style Jungle Techno track. After 30 layers of building this just took alot more time than expected, but well worth the patience. Flowing Dark bass and light Synth, with oldskool style break beats and Amen cuts, some dark sampled vocals from the film Infini (which i must say is not used enough based on the classic lines written). basically we have an oldskool style Jungle techno track with my own spin on the beats, synths and dark vocals, that chill spin factor lol. Oldskool Reggae / Ragga Jungle Track, plenty of the oldskool beats, tricks and sounds. Mad dog vocals and sound clash mash ups. This tracks got a bit of dark intensity and some light groove, so best of both worlds. Implementing the synth was one of my favourite elements. hope you enjoy. Curve Pusher mastered track

DNB / Jungle production, moved more towards introduction of Acid and Dark pads / synths to create both mood balances. Music Takes me higher Vocals. Metalic and light drums / snares, with cut and modified amen drums. different approach with regards to using variations of down / up slopping beats to merge in with dark dnb drums / Amen.
I'm taking pads / Synths further into DNB / Jungle, trying to produce something different each time.

SOUND' was produced by SYNC - DYNAMIX which was based on an idea and massive influence from the man of sound himself Mr Trevor Horn.
After listening to many of Trevor's interview's and following his past work, i decided to create an original Jungle / Drum & Bass track with a difference of sound influenced by Trevor's most famous saying "You can do anything with SOUND" which topped the start of my writing and further production design.
within this production there were many creative directly recorded sound journeys for which sound was then implement direct or manipulated to sound the way we wanted, including water rubbing of glass bottles, a simple hit of metal etc. importantly was the implementation of various Synths and worked Modular sound's, layered to create a Light melody or dark chord sound, and there are many variations of sound throughout the track.
I wanted to include some oldskool Jungle rolling breaks (some freshly created) and the original Amen itself included. there are various rising and decline snares modified via oldskool time stretch methods, and all breaks were processed and crunched through RX plugins to give that authentic sound.
The female Vocal used of "Music" and "For the Future" gives of the message that the Oldskool music we replicate today can be used and developed for the Future, and also with Vocals of Trevor himself portraying "we're at the start of a new era" provides that same message
that oldskool music and openness to sound creation is now and will consistently take us forward and develop especially in the electronic music industry.
overall 'SOUND' was created to provide dynamic sounds over an oldskool classic beat/breaks layout, which i believe was achieved.

The first Track on A1 - Loose Control was Produced by Ruff Jam who is exceptional in creating Original Chord patters / layers and Beautiful Piano Riffs over built Beat / break patterns to suit.
Loose Control was produced On The Atari ST, Akai s1000 and direct Roland Synths, so the sound is as authentic as the 90's comes, with all the crispness an 8,12 & 16 bit system did back in the early Jungle/Hardcore days.
Ruff Jam has always been fascinated with the equipment used in those genres and wanted to produce music that sounded exactly as if it was produced back then, ditching modern technology for equipment that was used over 25 years ago in order to bring out the pure sound and love for using that hardware.
Loose control is simply pleasing to the ears for any Jungle / Drum & Bass music lover, great layout of freshly built breaks, smooth chords almost completely full track with variations of sound, Vocals that stream simply with the track it's self and Beautiful Piano work that really ties the track together. Loose control is a real bring you back for more type production, sure there will be many more from Ruff Jam like this.

Beat The System - Produced by Subversiv. A superbly created Oldskool style Rave / Hardcore production, with that authentic and extremely clear / crisp sound, freshly built beat / breaks designed from scratch, this track does exactly what it says on the tin.
Subversiv has designed original midi layouts of Synth Chords, that oldskool Hoover and acid sound, all automated to create a more wider and fresh creation.
Subversiv is the guy who likes to record Synth / modular sound variations live to DAW, and that is exactly what he has done here.
Nearer 2/3's way through this track you can see why his love for manual dynamic hoover and acid manual tweaking gives his tracks that originality and in time live feeling.
Beat The system is a classic Hardcore track that has an element of very hard hitting kick / sub base elements, that being one of the likes which makes you wonna get up and dance, crazy shake the room bass!
Beat the system has a certain level of political messages which we'll leave to the listener, but there are classic Reggae vocals with the classic Beat The system samples.
A brilliant orchestrated track with lots of variation.

Produced by Renegade 'HZ' - Come to Me - Has that nice balance of Dark and Euphoric Synth sound elements over some classic Oldskool Jungle / Drum & Bass rolling breaks.
Come to me flows nicely with some uplifting yet Dark Synth overlays, starting with a classic dark chord and Heavenly overlay, introducing dark hit fx which give it that balance.
Lovely manipulated "Come To Me" - "Make me feel so good" Vocal really ties the sounds and pushed the track on with that feel good yet dark beat selection.
Originally produced on Q Bass, worked to produce that crisp sound but with a depth that is quite unique.
Inspired by tracks such as The House Crews Super Hero, Higher sense's Cold Fresh Air, and similar tracks produced in the 94 era, this is a fresh take on a more melodic tune from that era, mellow pads, moody synths, deep bass that has great layout.
simply moving track that has alot of original and creative elements a new/oldskool production provides.
