After 12 years in the game, Kissy Sell Out continues to be one of the most influential and globally respected names of the British dance music industry. With fresh projects evolving in 2018 as the label manager of Stepper Man and Lengoland, his bass house productions and world-class DJ mixing talents have forged the start of a second chapter in his vibrant and prestigious career. 

With his critically-acclaimed new album as KSO called “Style From The Westside” – described by UKF as “the realest bassline album you’ll hear all year” – Kissy has used his wealth of experience to shred up every old habit and signature sound he has honed in the past and re-written the rule book of electronic music production yet again. 

The list of collaborators featuring on the album reads like a who’s who of heavy-hitters in the current bassline and bass house scenes; including DJ Q, Darkzy, Dread MC, Pavv, JG, Tengu, Sam Supplier, J69, Jaikea, and The Wideboys. 

KSO’s lists of achievements in the music industry and public-eye are as long as they are astounding. He started at the tender age of 21 working on official game-changing remixes for A-list pop-stars such as Mark Ronson, Calvin Harris and Gwen Stefani (all while he was still at London’s Central Saint Martins art college), and went on to find success across the globe as an influential taste-maker at BBC Radio 1, global brand ambassador for Pioneer DJ, regular tour support act for The Prodigy and Fatboy Slim, as well as a unique music industry personality and public figure who can claim to have debated against Stephen Fry at Cambridge University and composed official music for the 2012 London Olympics ceremonies in Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace.

Frighty is a DJ and Producer from Feltham in West London. His passion for music sparked from a young age, scanning through FM frequencies to try and find as many pirate radio stations as possible, anything would have done just to fill up an entire tape so he could listen to it at school the following day.

	After a year or so having discovered UK Garage to be the more go to genre when scanning the FM, Frighty became more and more curious about the scene and what a DJ’s job actually entailed. Back then YouTube wasn’t around to give you answers or show you how its done so Frighty did it the old fashioned way, he worked hard, brought himself a bunch of second hand vinyl and taught himself how to beat match.

	Inspiration was hard to come by at such an early age. Frighty felt that he was way ahead of his school friends who seemed more interested in sticker books, YoYos and Pogs… but as the years went on they slowly crept up to his understanding of music and he eventually found himself in a small collective of people on the same level as him. It was DJ’s like EZ, Fonti, Slimzee and Logan Sama where fast becoming the go to names when it came to buying tape packs and Sidewinder CD’s.

	Even from the early days of recording pirate radio sets onto tape from the age of 11 right through to the later years of secondary school, the one goal that Frighty felt he had to achieve was to broadcast himself on FM.


	Now in 2015, thousands of radio shows, hundreds of miles covered on road and a shed load of tapes later, Frighty is still going strong. This UK Garage & Bass DJ has the ability to please a crowd by playing tracks known from over the years and combining them with more up to date Bass tracks. With his on point mixing and double drops, this DJ is definitely next generation when it comes to entertaining.

Since way back in the day 21 years ago, Midas has made a name for himself across many genres.
His on point delivery and execution topped with his writing ability have gradually made him known for being able to represent to the fullest in whatever project he gets his hands on.
After early vinyl releases including, The Way It is, Secret Admirer, Dont Give a F**k, each moving considerable units, Midas and his collective 2Jedi teamed up with chart toppers So Solid.
The first track was called 'TOO DARK - SO SOLID VS 2JEDI - FEATURING ROMEO & MIDAS' 
which was well received and was often refeered to as one of So Solids biggest unreleased to major singles.

2Jedi & Midas did other singles to follow with So Solid like' BUST YOUR STYLE - Feat ASHER-D, MEGAMAN & MIDAS.
TURN IT UP - with Darksyde So Solid & MIDAS.
AINT NO FUN - with SCATT-D & MIDAS

After a healthy run collaborating with So Solid, Midas then moved in to working on solo projects.
He received a grant from the Princes Trust to buy some studio equipment as he had always wanted to be able to record whenever he wanted.
It was frustrating for Midas in the early days to get studio time and having short notice sessions shortened by busy producers.
Without reading any books Midas taught himself to learn vocalling and producing from the ground up and is now recognised for his vocal engineering abilities 
used on many released and current singles.

After taking out some time to write music, lyrics and develop his flow and execution, Midas has now recently shown hard work does pay off.
With recent singles with Deekline, NU-J.A.M, Lady Waks, Maker Breaks, Ed Solo, Mutant Breaks, Martin Flex, Mike Delinquent, Chris Wheeler, Felix Dee, DJ Frighty, DJ Caspa aka Andy E, and many more currently released or due for release,
he seems to be an unstoppable force for being able to jump on riddims and be the riddim. 
Midas recently said that someone told him, ''You are only as good as your last song''...''So keep it movin''......''Until your happy to stop!''.
Midas has no intention of stopping and has worked with a huge array of talented established and up and coming artists 

He is heavily in to his Hip Hop but feels that he needs to be more on point and flawless before making any big steps, Hip Hop for Midas is a great project that is slowly starting to show some really good results.
His roots in Garage music are still firmly placed and a new respect and love for the Breakbeat scene has shown we can look forward to some very nice Breaks releases in the not too distant future.

He has also just finished another single with Deekline which has been remixed by Mike Delinquent!,......with forthcoming releases with his collective NU-J.A.M from Stanton Warriors, Seven Deadly Breaks,Lady Waks, Pure SX, plus more!
