	Music is the only language that describes feelings that words fail and mind stumbles to comprehend. It transcends boundaries and makes us feel a connection with the supreme power above us. Aaron Turley also known to the music world as Fully Ap, with his love for music and admiration for life, believes in transforming and empowering others lives. Born and brought up in the empire state of the South, Atlanta Georgia, Fully Ap moved to Bay area as a teenager. That’s when he discovered his passion for music and has been a connoisseur of the musical world since then. Despite all the setbacks he faced in the early stages of his life, Aaron never stopped believing the power of positive thinking. He always believed in God’s plan and decided to be the change he wished to see. 
	Aaron(Fully Ap) began his journey in the musical industry by writing songs that inspires people to take up the route of positivity in their lives. He started to write as an outlet for all the stress he went through in his life and that’s when he realized that music can heal souls. Since his first mix tape in 2006 named “New Outlook”, there has been no turning back for Aaron. He composed lyrics under the artist name “Fully AP” for songs including “Story Telling”, “It’s Possible” and “Let it touch you” that sheds light on the worldly difficulties and how there is always a way. Till now, his songs have rendered inspiration to many people and he continues to make his impact as a good role model for his society. 
	Aaron(Fully Ap) founded his own company “New Outlook LLC” and continues to make music that touches life. He released his first independent album “Faith Eliminates Fear” in 2014, and has received critical acclamations like “A breath of fresh air to the music industry”. His laid back and positive demeanor, trademark thought-provoking lyrics and his ability to relate to the emotions of others has definitely helped him to carve a niche for himself in the musical world. Aaron juggles between his roles as a healthcare professional, founder of New Outlook LLC, rapper etc. and still finds time to reach out to the society with his motivational songs. “Even if a single person has changed for the better and acquired the transformation, I’ve done my job” is what Fully AP believes in. He is one of those optimists out there who uses the magic wand of music as a way to transform the lives of people and make them realize, appreciate and live their lives. After all, the best gift that you can give your life is to live it to the fullest.

William Allen aka 'Billion Dolla Bill' hailing out of Oakland, CA comes into the game as a man on a mission. Being strongly influenced by his church' piano player to begin producing music in 2000, Bill began to produce tracks and write lyric using the equipment at his church and at home. After the passing of his mentor Bill gave music a backseat and started a family, traveled the States and also did time in jail. 
In 2008 a close friend named De'Mettrian Bennett aka D. Right began building his home studio and producing instrumentals under his own BaySouth Productions. Bennett invited Bill to come an record, but due to different life circumstances were never able to complete their project. 
Then in 2010 after moving back to California, Bill's cousin David Hutcherson aka 'Dirty' and brother Albert Allen aka 'A-Jeez' formed the rap group Ain't Listenin and invited him to join. The outcome; the founding of Ain't Listenin Entertainment., 3 Mixtapes(All Gas No Mask Vol.1&2 and Dirty Vol.1), Appearances at Sacramento Summer Jam opening for Keak da Sneak. Opening up for the likes of Beeda Weeda, Laroo, HD of Bearface. 
Presently, Bill is completing his solo debut titled, "Billion Dolla Dream: The Mixtape" due out before the summer. Billion has invaded the internet, local college radio, and clubs all over the Northern California area with his high energy 'Money Motivation Music'. He is a breath of fresh air to the game. His delivery, versatility, and swagger separates him for any other artist. 
In the future, keep a look out for more project from Billion Dolla Bill and Ain't Listenin. Ain't Listenin Ent. will be presenting new upcoming projects such as 'Ain't Listenin' "Thug R&B", "Dirty Vol.2", and Billion Dolla Dream: The Album in 2012-2013.

2014 Billion Dolla Bill partnered with Arrogant Astronauts Music Group's Dizzle Tha King to do a joint venture partnership and bring our resources together to open Arrogant Astronaut Recording Studio, Arrogant Astronauts Mission Gear, and Arrogant Astronaut Films..... As manager I have recorded, mixed, and mastered songs for various artist in the Central Valley area, done photography at events with artist such as Nipsey Hussle, Eric Bellinger, Mozzy, Philthy Rich, Hazel E, Teaira Mari and more....., directed, filmed, and edited music videos.

2016 Billion Dolla Bill & San Diego 's super talented Producer/Artist Thom Genius have teamed up to form the Billionaire Geniuses. A new wave of sound coming from a pair of talented swordsmiths.....
