Isabel Ruano is a Guatemalan-American singer, songwriter, and activist. Her first band, Disidentes, was included in the Festival Libertad de Expresión Ya! recording in 1994. Her first EP, La Danza de Shiva, was released in 2001 and classified as ambient-electronic. With a more acoustic sound, Isabel completed the self-published album Sin título (Naufragio) in 2018. Her influences draw from Early Music to post-punk and dream pop.

This is a collection of my original works ranging from orchestral soundtrack music,  various electronica, alternative alternative and world fusion. My main collaborator on vocals has been the beautiful Kelly Karst who sings on multiple tracks. I play the drums, percussion, synths, Baldwin Fun Machine,  Maschine, virtual instruments and sing.  I have always loved to take people on journeys into sound.  Please go on a musical mystical voyage with me through time space and tone.

He's a DJ that truly shines behind the decks, leaving listeners soaking up rays that linger on long after his sets.
