Born in Italy in 1983, Mark Dee has spent over two decades in the music industry, emerging as a talented musician and producer. His passion for music emerged at a young age when he began studying piano at a local music school, dedicating five years of his life to mastering the instrument.

After honing his skills as a pianist, Mark Dee quickly embraced the world of music production, experimenting with a wide range of genres. I started producing music when I was 14 back in 2004 - at the time free time was all I had and I enjoyed every minute of it - as I got older - life, work, studies all started to take over and for too long I did not have the time to focus on my passion - making music.

Iowa native Ryan Unash, aka SHIKIMO, first found a passion for electronic music in 2010, when he was introduced to the music of Basshunter. In 2011, with the aid of his musical background – including double bass and piano – he began producing his own music using FL Studio, starting with trance, and expanding over the years into a wide variety of genres before developing his own unique blend of chill synthwave.

Space, weather, and beautiful landscapes shape the mood of SHIKIMO’s tracks, and he finds himself focusing on a particular setting when creating his sounds. His music has amassed millions of plays across all platforms, and his 2018 EP, "Off-World" was named "the best synth-ambient project of the decade" by Synthwave Radio.

SHIKIMO's 3rd full-length album, "Forerunners," released on June 25th, 2021, and he looks forward to releasing much more great music in the future.
