This is the music that really took me around the globe and people associate Krafty Kuts with. For me some, of the most exciting and fresh sounding music has been with the breakbeat scene over the years. Playing to 40,000 people at the Exit Festival, headlining shows across Australia & New Zealand to big Festivals in the UK & Europe, USA & Canada. So many great artists have been a part of the Breaks scene ie. Freq Nasty, Plump DJ's, Stanton Warriors, Adam Freeland, Evil 9, DJ Icey, Deekline, Prodigy, Meat Katie, Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, Rennie Pilgrem, Soul Of Man, Squarepusher, Pendulum, DJ Zinc & many more are all featured in this podcast. This was a trip down memory lane and I remember watching people lose there mind to so many of these tunes over the years and it's really good to see the Breakbeat scene still flourishing once again.

So finally after 4 years I bring to you A Golden Era of Breakbeat Volume 2.
After the overwhelming response to Volume 1 I knew that making Volume 2 was a tough challenge,  so it took a while  to make sure this mix lived up to the success of the first one. Some of the finest moments of my career have been playing Breakbeat. I feel that’s what makes this genre of music so special. I have met some of the most amazing people and experienced incredible highlights in my career. Starting in 1990 I had a ten year journey, with The Prodigy we went from raves to rock stadiums, touring with some of the best artists of a generation.Picking up new influences and inspiration throughout the experience.In 2000 i left the band to concentrate on Djing and my own productions, releasing an album under the name Flightcrank, before moving on to vocal duty on two albums for UK artist Hyper.
A move to Germany brought about a Smash Hifi Album in 2014.In 2018 I began to release music on Get Hype Records, it was back to the underground with no limitations just my music that makes people rock. 2020 I started releasing on music.leeroythornhill.com in order to put more music out. 
Thirty years and seventy five countries later music is still my drug, various different projects, many learning curves, and plenty of musical experimentation, having brought me to where i am today. Using the things that inspired me to create my own sound in the studio and to bring energy to the dance floor when DJing.
