Compounding the talents of rappers' rapper, Roshin, left-field songwriter, Arowbe, and creative director/rapper/producer, Bronze — BBRC is formed. Their sound meshes an early-Def Jam intensity, with smoothed out new jack swing, and a jiggy sensibility evocative of Hype Williams' wardrobe department into a vibe that mostly sounds like a bunch of guys having fun rhyming in a basement. BBRC’s brand new full-length debut, “The Peach Pit Sessions,” chronicles the thrills and pursuits of three loud-music loving, girl-chasing, car-wanting teenagers.

The story of the Preacher and the Pimp is a classic one.  Particularly because of the alleged struggle between the two powerful energies.  In both his art and his existence, Cashius Green presents a different relationship betwixt the rivals--a complimentary one.  With a smooth, seductive, slightly southern-lilted voice, over production heavy with old-school musicality, the artist formerly known as Pastor Green immediately places us in the front row of a blaxploitation pimp flick.  Then he challenges us with whimsical lyrics about the very serious issues of finding a place to BE on this planet. Of providing. Of leading.  We have to realize that though we are having a good time, there are very real undertones to what's happening--that's Cashius' ability to take us to church.
LUXURY is where the preacher and the pimp compliment one another, and LUXURY is what Cashius Green brings to everything he touches.
