In this newly streamlined evolution of Beyond The Embrace: Founding member and Lead Guitarist, Oscar Gouveia has taken up vocal duties, along with original member and fellow Guitarist, Jeff Saude. The band, formerly well-known for its triple guitar attack, has paired down to two guitarists to create a tighter, more defined sound. The band’s rhythm section is rounded out by two other original members, Chris Parlon on bass guitar and Kevin Camille on drums. Together the tetrad have re-encoded the sleeping giant’s DNA to form a modernized juggernaut of pounding rhythms and driving beats that delivers its fatal blow by wielding ripping melodic guitar parts, as proven in the upcoming album’s title track “Into The Grey”.
