Waves of the Ocean

Made only using Attic Grand from CrowHill Vaults, for the October composer challenge. Could do with editing midi as some notes are too harsh and were supposed to be played softer, may post an updated version later.
Instrument: Attic Grand piano, FX such as Crowhill Piano Rack, other FX from Logic and Reason 11.

I wasn't happy with the mix on 'InterPrise Technologies 01' so I tried again. I also didn't resample the audio at 44.1khz this time so the audio isn't slowed down and repitched.

The trio. 

This is a song I wrote on a whim. I was searching for a song that was easy to play so I can sing at the same time. I didn't even hit the first note on beat, though, proving that I truly am the Naïve Composer. I also sang the lyrics out of order the second time. D'oh!

This set of SWWs was written in memory of a wonderful singer, teacher and friend, Diana Walkley. Diana was born in the Valleys of South Wales, so Land of my Fathers is used and a Welsh folktune. I also allude to Elgar's 'Welsh tune' from the Introduction and Allegro for strings
