Hey, can I use these tracks for an S3AIR mod? I know there have been plenty of these mods made in the past but they haven't been as complete as I would prefer.

I kind of slacked off after I heard that it wasn't likely we'd ever get a remake of Sonic 3, and never finished this. I put a few band-aids on it, and ... well, here it is. It's far from perfect, but it bothered me not seeing the set complete (folks kept asking about it. :P )  Not the greatest, but eh. As always, I ignored polyphony rules.
