Making her DJing debut at New York's MoMA PS1 and her live debut at Unsound Festival, Jlin has already been placed firmly on the map as 2015's of the most exciting producers. Now she returns with her second release of the year, with her four-track Free Fall EP.

The EP sees a stealthy transition from her previous Dark Energy material. Footwork-inspired polyrhythms, cartoon and video game samples, synthesised brass stabs –  Free Fall spans it all, with EP closer "Nandi" being our pick of the bunch. Falling slightly outside the sonic realms of the tracks which precede it, "Nandi" is the product of new experimentation embarked on by Jlin. A more poised sound which isn't scared to go a little deeper, to our delights.

Free Fall drops fully on 27 November via Planet Mu.

We were very proud to release Titus 12’s debut physical release early last year, and we are just as proud to present his second ZamZam.  Longtime host of Ujima 98 FM’s Subsession radio show out of Bristol, and the hand behind new cassette label Limbo Tapes, Pete Hazell is well-known in his city as a purveyor of deep, eclectic, bass-centric music of many hues and shades… his myriad influences alchemically combine into a signature sound that is as unmistakeable as it is difficult to pin down.  In a world of cookie-cutter soundworlds Titus 12 conjures something truly personal and magical and makes it sound effortless.   

“Summon Luxo” opens with raw vinyl archaeology, managing to wed a humid, plaintive, layered vocal chop to a sultry boom bap riddim, with so much swing and space you’ll swoon under its strange power. Titus 12 says, "Summon Luxo came about after falling in love with a recording of an Ethiopian funeral song, and the suggestion that the singer might be summoned to a funeral from many miles away, because of the calibre of his lament." Intertwining synth melodies, sophisticated vocal manipulations, deeply elastic bass and ethereal ragga flavor complete an absolutely unique and captivating tune you’ll want to rewind again and again.

“Silly Youth” fuses distorted french cafe melodica vibes to rugged sound tape boasts and smoked-out 140 swagger with Titus’ signature reverb-filled spaces, 808 bass and aquatic claps for another singular journey through the mind of a true original.  No dibby-dibby sound!!

We’re back a little over a year since the first instalment of Club Glow and this time we’ve got 2 of our close friends contributing to the next tape in our series.
The A side is brought to you by already Club Glow affiliated Mani Festo. As well as being responsible for the artwork and aesthetics for the label, he delivers an 11 track LP that traverses the sonics of the hardcore breakbeat continuum.
The B side is brought by WNCL alumni and new Club Glow recruit LMajor. Offering up a 17 track LP that spans a range of BPM’s and wouldn’t feel out of place 30 years ago, its jam packed with bangers, interludes and DJ tools.
The tape is limited to 100 copies, which come with a A5 rave flyer designed by Mani Festo and the first 25 orders get a limited edition Club Glow glowstick.
All tape purchases also include the digital files including the two sides expertly mixed by our artists as well. All digital purchase include both albums and the mixed sides.
