Lele si appassiona, intorno al 2000, alla musica hardcore e fa il suo primo esordio nello storico "Number One" di Brescia.
Dopo aver appreso, molto bene e in poco tempo, ad eseguire mixaggi perfetti, nel 2002, suona come resident in numerosi club della sua zona.
Nel 2004 inizia a frequentare i Free Party e s'innamora immediatamente dell' hard tekno, della drum'n'bass e della breakore, iniziando a comporre mix tra i 160 e i 200 BPM, e arrivando ad avere più di 5000 downloads in meno di 2 anni. 
Nel frattempo segue e suona in varie crew italiane, come i Faida System. Nel 2007, invece, entra nel team degli HAZARD UNITZ e l'anno seguente, insieme agli Space Invaders Tekno Sound, crea la FREEUNDERGROUNDTEKNO RADIO: la prima radio on-line italiana, che trasmette h. 24 in streaming (http://www.freeundergroundtekno.org/).
Lele, con il  passare degli anni e con l'avvento delle nuove tecnologie, crea diversi canali per dj e producer emergenti (RADIOGALEER e WEBTEK).
iNOs (Assass_iNOs), dal 2009, inizia ad organizzare serate e free party in numerosi club, centri sociali e squatt, costituendo il gruppo Lounge Squatt con Groove Daniel (http://www.loungesquatt.com/). 
Trasferitosi a Rotterdam, con il supporto del suo team, fonda l'etichetta HZD Records, con la quale realizza numerose tracce.
Attualmente iNOs (Assass_iNOs) suona e collabora con i migliori artisti italiani e internazionali,  producendo un sound inconfondibile, tra i più apprezzati e amati in tutta Europa.
