Young and uncompromising Dutch techno artist OGUZ serves up two heavy cuts on NowNow, while Myler
and label head Lee Ann Roberts add superb remixes.
OGUZ is known for his intense sets of high energy and creative electronic sounds. Ever since his first brush with
rave, the 23-year-old has loved the thrill of dancing nonstop until the morning hours and always captures that in
his music. Only six months after starting to produce he dropped his first tunes and now he is taking his
larger-than-life techno to clubs all over Europe.
Opener 'Disgust & Abuse' has pumping techno kicks piled up on top of each other as they race forwards beneath
industrial synths and vocals full of contempt. It's high octane but high class and will blow up clubs of any size,
especially once the wonky acid line arrives. The all-consuming 'Love Me Forever' is pure techno pressure with
rumbling drums and bass coming on like a tsunami as searching synths and ethereal vocals add emotive and
hypnotic details.
South African-born, Amsterdam-based Lee Ann Roberts is on a roll right now: she's topped the Beatport Hard
Techno chart and landed on labels like Octopus Warehouse Series as well as her own NowNow Records with
fans including Charlotte de Witte and Ken Ishii. Her remix of ‘Disgust & Abuse’ is powered by earth-shattering
kicks, with a synth blizzard up top and scintillating hi-hats all adding tension to this most explosive track.
Next remixer Myler is an Irish artist who has established himself on the techno scene over the last decade with
big EPs on the likes of Mindcut, Pennyroyal and Emetic. His raw and unrelenting version of ‘Love Me Forever’ has
stomping drums and white knuckle synths run through with bleeping machine sounds and a dark sense of
dystopian energy. Last of all is a bonus remix from OGUZ where he flips Cardi B's rap classic 'WAP' into a
barrel-chested techno roller complete with the original's sleazy bars.
This is a heavyweight EP of fresh and forceful techno.

Prije svega sretna nova godina i sve najbolje svima. Nadam se da će ova godina biti bolja za sve vas ali za to mora se i dio truda uložiti. Šta da kažem a da nije rečeno. Posao, kuća, muzika, i tako iznova. Vraćam se sa novim pjesmama za početak godine i nema boljeg načina da se vratim nego sa jakim tehno pjesmama. Svaka pjesma je napravljena u periodu kada su me interesovali specifični subžanrovi techno muzike, i zbog toga su sve pjesme različite. Miksanje i masterovanje polako se popravlja tako da nebi trebalo puno uši da para (osim kako treba). Što se tiče mene napokon sam se preselio u novi stan i imam slobodu i mir da se skoncentrišem na muziku bez da sam okružen drugim ljudima. Prošla je i (zvanično) prva godina u Njemačkoj i definitivno sam u ovoj borbi pronašao dobre i loše strane sebe na kojima (sa malo truda) ću se doraditi ili ispraviti. Što se vas tiče sjedite ili šetajte dok slušate moje nove radove i nadam se da će vam se dopasti.

Greating everyone

First of all happy new year and all the best to everyone. I hope that this year will be better for all of you, but for that, some effort must be put in. What can I say that hasn't been said? Work, house, music, and then again. I'm back with new songs to start the year and there's no better way to come back than with strong techno songs. Each song was made during a period when I was interested in specific subgenres of techno music, and that's why all the songs are different. Mixing and mastering is slowly getting better so it shouldn't be too much of an ear-splitter (except in the good way). As for me, I finally moved into a new apartment and have the freedom and peace to concentrate on my music without being surrounded by other people. My (official) first year in Germany has passed and I definitely found good and bad sides of myself in this fight, which (with a little effort) will be refined or corrected. As for you sit or walk while listening to my new works and I hope you like them.

I am delighted to share with you my second Techno EP, evolution of my world.

For this one, I wanted to mix the styles even more.
To indistrial techno from Gabber, I tried mix atmospheric phases and strong kicks, with sophisticated melody.

Many inspirations, a lot of work.. I am still learning to produce techno music and I wanted to share it with you because I am proud of it and I think you'll enjoy few tracks of this EP
