For our 2nd podcast we've invited Burning Man veteran, and all-around great guy, The Scumfrog. He's infamous for his sunrise-sets on the Robot Heart bus, and the story of a girl falling 20 feet from the top of the Heart onto the decks mid-set, where he then kept playing after she was found to be uninjured has become legendary. This mix is quite the journey as it covers a wide-range of genres and moments in time. Enjoy the ride!

"The weekly MBTS (Most Below The Surface) events in NYC have been going strong since their beginning, last October 2015. I play from the start (10:30ish) until the end. I am the opener, the headliner, and the closer. Basically I play the way I played before DJ culture started, when DJing was thought of in 'shifts', rather than in 'sets'. I love this old fashioned approach because it enables me to play music that doesn't always fit in a headliner DJ set. More importantly, I try to keep MBTS genre-free, so if I want to suddenly drop from 122BPM into a 98BPM monster, then nobody will frown at me when I do so. At least not at MBTS. This mix is a collection of some of my favorite openers and closers. A 'chill' feel if you will (yes there is some unapologetic chill-out stuff in there), but many of these gems will get you on your feet despite their lower tempo. Enjoy the downtempo side of MBTS in this special exclusive!"

Good friend Daniel, better known as one half of Taron-Trekka or here with his solo project 'd.m.s.', is hailing again with some quality music out of the deep east.
