Created using Ableton for sequencing, beats, and samples. All synth sounds are from the Arturia Microbrute, modulated by Make Noise Maths, and processed with Behringer effects pedals and VST. Some drums also resampled/processed through the effects pedals. Also, AM radio static going into the audio input on the Microbrute on some synth parts to make it more percussive. Non-Ableton effects VST: CamelCrusher distortion and Fromage filter. Train sounds extracted from a video shot by me. Vocal samples from The Black Hole (1979).

My father Died around this time 3 years ago from a heart attack caused by alcohol poisoning. I made this as a tribute to him. This is supposed to be what me remembering my child hood memories are like. I don't really remember the words to my memories, I just remember sounds and emotions for old memories. I remember my dad hearing me play piano when I was very young, and how he liked it. The piano playing I did in this is how I feel remembering my Father, every note is really a word to me. I don't do things to be clever or cool, I do it to express myself in a unique way. Hope people enjoy this.

ps. please don't send me lyrics and ask me to sing them on a track.  People often have a very strong idea about how they wanted it and aren't happy.  However, I'm happy to craft a song around several words or phrases or a title.
