Tenna, but also... not?
I'm a big fan of TV-Entertainment focused areas, thought that it would be nice to give Halloween Hack one aswell.
I believe some people should be already familiar with her, but she's Chapter 3's main antagonist (though she like, appears only in the middle of it rather than at the start).
