 Music is one of multiple ways of living fully, being whole and complete, immersed on the vastness of the world. At each music note we can redeem something more from our essence, spread it, echo it, give, receive and be. Svayam is a moment of meditation guided by sound, and it’s offered as an opportunity to be who we really are, to take from the inside what escapes our instant and automatic sensibility. João Sousa guides this voyage - personal, but collective - with a guitar, voice and bowls.
Each body touched by sound is a moment of unique love,
an inexhaustible source of energy. To create with sound is to open doors to the earth, to touch the water, feel the air and transform with fire… For a moment we understand the act of creation, we are that moment, undulating in the ethereal, taking off from matter. Each time Svayam happens, we connect profoundly with humankind, with life, with the cosmos. Let us be all and nothing, here and now, everyone and none.

Under the alias of “Lend me your underbelly”, Christian Berends (the Netherlands) tries to create mesmerizing and surreal music, in which time is dilated. Experimental field recordings awash through guitar... speaking in the language of the ancients, blowing as a still storm hanging in defiance to gravity itself and courageously carried to... 

Since 2011 exploring a dreamy and psychedelic side of music, fueled by improvisation, nature and spiritual grounding. Guitar and a variety of other instruments, loopers and vocals are used to explore the edges of inner musical perception. Zoning in and out.
