This is track # 12 from my first LP called "Peace. Love and Understanding" Themes in this song revolve around finding some sense of purpose and direction in one's life , but realizing that sometimes we lose are way and need to find our way back. The last verse helps the listener to realize that we only have a finite period of time on this planet so make the best of the time which is given to you.

Track # 13 from my first LP called " Songs for Peace, Love and Understanding". The theme of saying goodbye is something we all experiencing as humans throughout our life as the years pass. Saying goodbye to love family members as they pass away, moving away and saying goodbye to friends and what i was thinking about at the time was saying goodbye to my my work life and friends after I retired my from long term career working in mental health as an Occupational Therapist.

A new song inspired by a friend's post today..... "We are living with the impact of anger and refusing to listen and truly hear each other. The culture of avoiding politics and religion for fear of conflict has atrophied our muscles for truly listening and having productive and effective dialogue with anyone.

And that’s because all these focus groups I was doing would degenerate into delegitimization, dehumanization. It was all the bad that we were to come to see 24 months later. It's Always About the Song (Remix)

Track # 15 the final track on my first LP called " Songs. For Peace Love and Understanding" concludes and wraps up what I have been trying to communicate throughout the album. Peace. love and understanding as humans is what life is all is all about to me anyway. How much of this we experience of this throughout our life is very individual and unique to us all.

"Rocky Mountain High" is a song written by John Denver and Mike Taylor and is one of the two official state songs of Colorado. Recorded by Denver in 1972, it is the title track of the 1972 album Rocky Mountain High, and rose to No. 9 on the US Hot 100 in 1973. I have enjoyed music for as long as I can remember and cannot remember a day of not either singing or listening to music. I am self-taught when it comes to playing guitar but what I most enjoy is singing which I have been doing since around age 18. Now retired singing and playing the guitar is now just a hobby and something I do to help pass the time. Have always  loved the sound of a Martin guitar. Currently been playing a Road Series DR S2 for about 6 years. Thanks for listening. I also enjoy discovering the sounds of other talented musicians and singers here on SoundCloud.
