The “Romeo 4-Part Series” is a powerful exploration of love’s many faces—from its sweetest moments to its darkest depths. Through Romeo’s eyes, we witness the highs and lows of the human experience, culminating in a story that resonates with the timeless struggle between love and destiny.

03. Romeo’s Despair

At the depths of my darkness and pain, I thought I would find despair and heartbreak. But instead, I discovered a will to rise again, a desire to seek out companions, and an intense longing to remain a fragment of light, no matter how deep the darkness became.

We are Lenablish, a Montréal-based band blending rock, alternative, and experimental sounds. Through our album, “Le n’a Blish,” we aim to give voice to the deepest and darkest emotions of human existence. This album is not just music; it is a raw and honest expression of our struggle to find hope amid overwhelming pain, anger, and loss. Each track is like a chaotic outcry from within, a revelation of painful truths that few dare to speak.

We don’t always know what kind of music we’re creating, but we make it our way. We create what we want to hear, and we say the things we want to say. We are the geniuses who know that you shouldn’t wet the bed, yet still fumble through life. We write songs and raps, craft poems and literature, and paint pictures we don’t know how to draw, yet love deeply. We are filled with rage, but our hearts are full of love. We’ve been hated, but found comfort in it. We realized too late that giving up was never an option, and we rose again from that realization. We’ve learned that memories are the sum of all the sad, painful, joyful, longing, angry, frustrating, regretful, and beautiful moments that shape us.

Standing here, uneducated, unknown, and never fully understood, we sing the song that life has given us. It doesn’t matter if we are construction workers, mathematicians, painters, delusional dreamers, figments of imagination, or angels. What matters is that we sing the song meant for us because it is our truth, our struggle, and our existence.

It doesn’t matter who we are—whether we’re messed-up, fake, or foolish—we will sing the song given to us. If the world allows us even the smallest crack, we will fill it with our voice. We sing not because we are perfect, but because we have to—because it is the song we were given.
