Dutch based indie artist Johannes Sigmond goes by the name of Blaudzun. If there’s one consistent thing throughout his prolific career, it’s is his devout work ethic: whether Blaudzun is occupying himself with touring, writing or media-appearances, his art is always spearheaded by strong self-determination.
In 2007 he debuts with his EP Loveliesbleeding that he completes in 2008 with new songs and releases it as his first and self-titled LP. In 2018, after many European headliner tours and 4 album releases including his critically acclaimed Heavy Flowers (2012) and Promises of No Man’s Land (2014) which both achieved gold status, Blaudzun returns to the stages with _UP_  (2018) the final part of his three-part album cycle Jupiter. Over the breadth of twelve tracks, Blaudzun’s unmistakably rich timbre and shrewd pop melodies permeate more than ever.

Since their formation in 2008, Dutch band Chef’Special has released three albums, toured extensively and rapidly built a fanbase across Europe and the US. The band’s unique blend of hip-hop, rock and reggae is an exciting sound for longtime fans and new listeners alike.

A huge part of Chef’Special’s success are their already legendary live performances in which the audience is as vital to the experience as the band themselves. Appearances in world-famous venues like Madison Square Garden and the Red Rocks amphitheater (as a support act for Twenty One Pilots), as well as a tour through (inter-) national festivals (including Lowlands and Sziget) have left the band craving further world domination.

Although Chef’Special’s musical palette encompasses various genres, the band has a very recognizable sound in which their own emotions and experiences are front and center. That’s especially true when it comes to the Chef’Special breakout single “In Your Arms” about singer Joshua’s father passing away. 

The band released a full length album ‘Amigo’ in November 2018 and recently presented the album 'Unfold' from which the singles 'Trouble' and 'Maybe This Is Love' were taken.
