This is probably one of most significant projects of the Fall season (last quarter of 2025).  Been working on Black Peaches for some time now along with another "bonus" EP coming up soon.  I wanted to compile several vibes that eases the soul, a type of afro rhythm / beat mixed in with some newer style genres (ethereal, house, and hip hop); you'll definitely hear a couple of nostalgic keys.  Album will be available on Bandcamp Friday (Oct 3) as well.

Movember Challenge: Day 19 - MOTY

This song took 3 years to make. It's been a journey filled with confident highs and doubtful lows. It started off with me sitting in my university dorm room wanting to make a lofi beat for my girlfriend to listen to, and turned into an international virtual collaboration. I asked a friend (Mutant Vinyl, UK) to lay a sax solo, then a friend wrote a rap verse (Drew Solomon, US) that I ended up singing, then I asked another friend (Elise Elvira, Sweden) to sing a verse, another friend to lay down a bass line (KAY JAM, Switzerland), and finally got my friend Gareth (Master Soul Boy, UK) to join and help me produce it. This song is about accepting that change is the only constant, and to embrace the present and move past regrets. It was completed in the midst of a global pandemic while we were quarantining at home. All the collaboration, since the beginning, has been done over the internet so none of us have actually been in the same room while working on this track. Therefore, it also serves as a testament of virtual collaborations.

Weatherman - LEO2R x Elise Elvira x Master Soul Boy

Léo de Riedmatten (LEO2R) was in born in Geneva, Switzerland on the 24th of November 1996. He started drumming at the age of 6 and joined Stevans in 2015. Later that year, after touring had calmed down, Léo began his solo project entitled 'LEO2R'. More than just a musical project, LEO2R aimed to group all of his creative projects under the same roof: Music, Photography, Creative Writing, Art and Film.
 
After releasing three singles, LEO2R's debut EP was released in early 2018 featuring 5 new songs.

Having obtained a BSc in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence with Neuroscience at the University of Sussex, Léo is still spending time working on new songs which should see the light of day in the foreseeable future.
