Tel Aviv/Amsterdam duo Black Girl/White Girl's tunes are bold, bulky and stomping pieces of house and techno music.

About a month ago they gave away 'Just B Good To Me', over five minutes of dancefloor toughness, swiftly followed by the kickin' bass and wavy pads of 'Obelisk' on Madtech Records.

They've also released on Fat! Records - joining the likes of Maribou State, Foamo and Randomer - and their next one is courtesy of New York label Nervous Records.

It’s not everyday we give you a double whammy of fresh content from one particular artist but then again, it’s not everyday that we stumble across someone as talented as multifaceted German producer PEREL.

Having risen through the ranks of Berlin’s uber competitive club scene – she can regularly at cool haunts such as Farbfernseher – the triple threat DJ, producer and vocalist has previously impressed with both her original works and remixes on O*RS before now but with her latest effort, Charles Manson, looks set to leap into the limelight.

Set to arrive on Darius Syrossian’s burgeoning Do Not Sleep imprint, the interestingly and perhaps somewhat controversially titled lead track comes backed by a standout remix from the label boss himself with everyone here at DT sure that we’ll be hearing plenty of both incarnations in the coming months.

Stephan Bodzin: a classically trained musician, vastly experienced producer and master of melody. He has built a reputation through countless releases under many aliases, and through his dramatic and dynamic live set capturing the hearts of fans worldwide. For Afterlife, Bodzin bottles the infectious energy of these shows into two epic, colourful landscapes of sound, “Strand” and “Catamaran”.

Following his first contribution to the label in September - a mesmerising remix of Tale Of Us & Vaal’s ‘Monument’ - “Strand” elevates this fitting relationship to the next level. The release contains a true anthem from Bodzin’s and Tale Of Us’ sets in ‘Strand’ and a more restrained effort in ‘Catamaran’. Both dream-like compositions are unmistakably Bodzin, taking the listener on a journey and brimming with the synth wizardry he is best known for.
