In this 11th Blackwater Lightship studio rehearsal session with Tom Roberts (drums) and Charlie Steele (guitar) we decided to have a very first go at Ween's 'Transdermal Celebration'. Charlie had learned the guitar parts over the weekend and even though I hadn't done my homework, I pulled up the lyrics and chords and we gave it a first shot. I decided to pick up the bass rather than adding another guitar (that I didn't know the tab for anyway!) and it wasn't too bad!

We also had a crack at 'Walk Unafraid' by R.E.M. This was one Charlie didn't particularly know but I showed him the chords and we just did it.

Whilst the E-Bow was out we had another go at The National's 'Bloodbuzz Ohio' however these weren't the best versions as I struggled to hear my vocals!

Finally we had another bash at a Leon Lockley original, '10 Years' and also a couple of our usual setlist numbers.
