Baltra crafts music that lives between heartbreak and healing — tender, rhythmic, and cinematic. Through his label 96 & Forever Records, he continues to define post-club romanticism, with his latest single “Lost” (out now) opening a deeply personal new chapter. The track itself is an underground house roller that blends a driving 4x4 groove, wobbling LFO bass that nods to UKG energy, and Baltra’s signature dreamy textures.

Baltra’s music captures the aching tenderness of the dancefloor — nostalgia, resilience, and love bleeding into one. Born from the lo-fi underground out of New York City and raised on the global dancefloor, he’s evolved into one of electronic music’s most expressive voices, known for tracks that balance melancholy, intimacy, and rhythm. 

From early anthems that defined an era of hazy, analog house — including his viral hit "Never Let Go (Of Me)" — to his recent explorations in texture and songwriting, Baltra has become a leading voice in what could be described as post-club romanticism — the feeling that lingers long after the lights come on. Through his label 96 & Forever Records, he’s built a home for this vision: a space where love, loss, and self-reflection can exist in the form of emotionally-charged club music.

His forthcoming EP “In the Afterglow” lands on December 9th, led by the single “Lost”, out now on his aforementioned imprint. The lead track captures the full emotional range of his sound — deep, propulsive, and cinematic — signaling a new era of expressive, floor-focused production.

Lean Bell (aka Lepumpernic/Retro Tape): Producer from Buenos Aires (AR) began as a dj and producer in the middle 90s. His influences are coming from the Jazz music, funk and electro-pop. In 2009 had several collaborations with the dark-wave rock cult band "La Sobrecarga" support band for The Cure show in 1987 (AR). 
Has made remixes for several artists and bands as Kraftwerk, Front 242, Gil Scott Heron, Klein & MBO and UR crew (Underground Resistance). 
Lepumpernic release "Inside" and "Believe" having support and positive feedbacks around the world having been charted several times between serious Detroit producers and techno bangers worldwide, Josh Wink, Gerald Mitchell (Los Hermanos) & many more.
Since 2013, he's a member of "Los Hermanos", from Detroit.
