Slow Notion is the second single from L'Equipe du Son's forthcoming
album The Odyssey Project which is expected January 2013.
Both the original vocal version and instrumental mix sweep you right
back into the eighties in their overall mix and mastering, synth
lines, massive snare drums and the unique sound of the vocalist, 
who somewhat reminds us of Chris Rea and Depeche Mode.

Martin Dubka
The first remix is provided by the UK based producer Martin Dubka
This guy was recommended to us by Mr. Aeroplane himself and after
hearing the premaster of his remix we understood why.
A stellar remix! And by pitching the voice into a big disco-diva kinda
feel he has fashioned it to something very original.
A really cool and different sound from the original making it a real
assett to the release.
As part of the Aeropop label you'll be hearing a lot more from Martin Dubka 
in the near future!

DJ Rocca
The second remix comes from the man who's been producing music since the
late 90s and we've been a fan ever since! He has had some really sweet
collaborations with Howie B, Pressure Drop, Zed Bias, Dimitri From Paris, 
Daniele Baldelli and Jazzanova producing singles, remixes and albums on some 
of the best European labels as Sonar Kollektiv, Compost, Hell Yeah, Rebirth,
 Musik Krause, Deep Freeze, International Feel, Defected and Gomma.
We are of course talking about the Italian Stallion DJ Rocca. His take
on Slow Notion brings a heavy disco vibe to the scene and is a pure
joy to listen to.
In fact it's so good that we've also put the instrumental version of his mix on 
the release! If only for the Jupiter 6 or the Juno 60, both synths used in his remixes!

The Beat Broker
And Last but certainly not least it's The Beat Broker!
We came across some of The Beat Broker's work a while a go on Flexx,
Ghost Town, Add2Basket, Rebirth, Internasjonal and we have been following 
him ever since.	
Based in San Fran, US The Beat Broker is constantly attempting to fuse
old sounds with new ideas and create something for the crowd as well
as the listener.
His take on Slow Notion brings a more dubby 'after-hours' vibe to the
score making the ep complete. Dreamy with lush pads, It's like a warm
bath of Synthesizing.
