NYC event brand Zero launch their new label arm with a superb new EP from German live artist Jacob Groening that comes with remixes from Lovecraft and unders & Noraj Cue. It comes after years of releasing on other vital outlets and establishing himself as a unique voice in the house underground. 

Opener Nican feat. Joy Tyson is a deep and spiritual house roller. The lush drums and hits sink you into a cavernous groove and majestic, wispy synths and percussion add the vital detail. Timo slows right down and has finger clicks and a rugged synth riff over the lazy, loveable drums. It's a super nice vibe thats as thoughtful as it is deep. 

Timo (Lovecraft Remix) is more upright, but stays just as deep, taking you late into the night on distant synth smears with a rising lead occupying the mind. Jacob Groening - Nican (unders & Noraj Cue Remix) is the most direct of them all, but the airy and angelic vocals keep it heady and spiritual. 

This is a tasteful EP of richly rewarding deep house

Although they may present it as somewhat underwhelming and not too serious, what these three buddies have to offer is nothing less than impressive. Slowed down, ghostly yet truly effective electronic work that's ready to fog up the dance floor.

The “Time Is A Slice Of Forever” EP by Niju represents our first ever original film soundtrack release on the Kiosk ID label.

To a certain extent at least, you just have to imagine the film that fits to this music. If you were, for a moment, to shun all the flickering screens around us by closing your eyes and allowing the images of said movie to dance on the inside of your retinas.
