Tartiflux is a versatile mini-LP that weaves together many of Margee’s musical influences—downtempo grooves, 90s disco beats, organic house, and acid breaks—into a unique, eclectic sound. Organic textures guide the overall tone, ensuring that the groove remains at the heart of every track.

On the A side, the title track "Tartiflux" takes listeners on a progressive, groovy, and downtempo journey with deep bass, sizzling pads, and distorted guitar sections. It features a remix by NYC legend Justin Strauss, who adds a punchy, rhythmic flair alongside additional productions by W. Andrew Raposo of Midnight Magic.

The B side presents a dynamic lineup, starting with "Help Myself," a vocal disco-house anthem with an energetic rhythm, crisp drums, and punchy vocal chops. "Maanside" follows, offering a dreamy and melancholic experience with minimalistic grooves. The EP concludes with "Poomee," the darkest track featuring breakbeats, deep synths, and an engaging sonic journey through acid patterns and robust basslines.

For the second installment of our ‘Tapes’ series, we invite long time favorites and friends to make an attempt at capturing the essence of our beach gatherings. Slowly working our way up in energy, this tape is an answer to the question of what an evening should sound like.

Starting cheerfully with Fish Tapes’ own Seake and his distinctive sound, we emulate the early evenings, where things are slowly starting off. People come in, order their first refreshments and make their first moves. SYIRD & VAAGUE’s ‘Lapsang’ builds up a tempo with heavy synths and proper build-ups, for Conrad Sound’s ‘Strom’ to take away any doubts by hesitant dancers. Cyan Lu brings us back with an introspective take on club music, with dreamy vocals provided by the stellar Truphi, giving us some breathing room before EYCEE really breaks up the evening with his reinterpretation of a more-than-classic vocal. Finally, there’s only one mul/ANNA to drive us home, making her production debut, almost certain to create a bigger buzz around her than there already is. The result? An auditive evening you can replay endlessly.

Next up on London based Everybody In we have a 4 tracker from Belgium born Aemone. Stylistically this lo-fi EP has its roots firmly in the classic deep house but with a modern twist. Aemone's crafty sampling of obscure jazz, 90s rave and other sources has an astuteness which is rarely heard outside of the masters.

This vibe filled record is all about a dirty sampled sound, juxtaposed with a dance floor focus, from the rolling and dreamy Hold You to the quirky and non-standard kilter of Purple Sun and sampled creaminess of Rise, all the way to the 90's melter that is Take Your Time.

This is one of those EP's where the artist shows you a few of their different faces, all equalling more than the sum of the parts. This record features artwork by the 3D Italian artist Mauro Casalino and drops the 5th of June on Everybody In.
