Kicking off the release is ‘Heavy’, a tightly wound trance cut that comes with subtly uplifting chords and granulated vocal samples. It’s a thoughtfully introspective track, with each element delicately propelling you forward throughout.

“The Collective Capsule” is a celebration and tribute to the unique Mala Junta and it’s impact on Berlin’s vibrant contemporary queer scene as well as a reflection of the core principles of these two collectives, which serve as a mirror for the society we want to push forward.

The package features a 12″ vinyl record composed of 4 tracks from Mala Junta’s residents Hyperaktivist, Yazzus, DJ Tool, and D.Dan, as well as two compilations featuring Roza Terenzi, Jensen Interceptor, Mohajer, Peachlyfe, Francois X, Narciss to name a few..

KI/KI’s slash label takes a deep dive into the history of hard trance and proudly presents a first re-issue of a true classic and personal favorite ‘Emerald’ by Swiss production group Artemis. Originally released back in 1995 on the Swiss label Atoom Records, it’s one of the most sought after gems from this era. At its fast pace of 180 bpm it’s impressive how subtle and dreamy the 9 minute journey is, a truly unique piece of hard trance history. Recently rising from the dynamic underground electronic music scene of Naarm FDH brings us ‘The Alpinist’, inspired by the alpine regions around Jaitmatang and Ngarigo country in south-eastern Australia where he spent much of his youth. Drawing from multiple musical influences and his varied taste in sound, FDH’s soundscapes in this EP are as diverse and unique as the alpine landscapes they evoke.

The decision to create the techno album *Slush* came from a desire to explore the raw, unfiltered energy of sound and to push the boundaries of what techno music can express. Over time, I found myself deeply inspired by the dynamic and immersive nature of electronic music, especially its ability to connect listeners to powerful, emotional experiences. *Slush* was born from this inspiration — a collection of tracks that blend experimental beats, rich textures, and rhythmic depth, creating a sonic journey through the vibrant chaos of both the mind and the dancefloor.

The name *Slush* was chosen to reflect the album’s fluid and ever-evolving nature. It represents the melting of different influences and styles into a cohesive, yet constantly shifting, soundscape. Each track is a sonic layer, much like the varying textures of slush itself — a mix of crisp energy and smooth, introspective moments that flow together to create something truly unique.

Through this album, I wanted to express the excitement of letting go, of being lost in a moment, and of embracing the chaos of life with confidence. It’s an invitation to dive into a world where boundaries are blurred, and music becomes a vehicle for liberation and exploration. *Slush* isn’t just an album; it’s an experience, meant to be felt as much as it is heard.
