The ‘Emergence’ series was the first fully-fledged project of Bella Ursa's head honcho Letherique, aimed at experimenting with the boundaries of his many influences – no matter if its techno, disco, electro, or ambient. It helped forge his identity through much trial and error and ultimately led to the creation of the Bella Ursa imprint.

As now is the time to finally move forward in peace, we thought it would be nice to release a mixtape compiling all these early works, along with a few extra and unreleased tracks. To make this collection complete, he entrusted many of his friends met over the years with each producing a remix of their choice. Harnessing the power from a multitude of different scenes, ‘Emergence Remixed’ offers a brand-new journey into uncharted horizons, where Morodesque disco meets mind-altering electro-jazz and cinematic delights reminiscent of Lalo Schifrin’s soundtracks.
It will be released digitally on all platforms, but also on a cassette inside a beautiful smoked UV printed case, which assembles with the first part of the collection.

After the success of the first four releases, Where Were We is back with a new one. This is yet again to commemorate WWW b-day and the fact that the project is turning 4 years old this February.
Azole project hides 2 new and exciting fellas from Moscow. And their offering feels more like a complete album than just a regular EP.
Mr. Sutherland EP is an allusion to a famous Australian keyboard virtuoso with the same surname and even though keyboard solos might not be that lavish and jazzy when compared to their counterpart, they are definitely there and will take you for a dreamy ride in outer space.
Most of the track names in the album are organic and refer to the living world, so we hope that while listening to these compositions you will feel how intricately everything is interlinked not only here on planet Earth, but also in all vastness of the universe. Enjoy the trip!

Psychedelic, dark and haunting, Piscolabis embraces all the styles dear to Antoine Harispuru and emerges as a striking opening onto new worlds, and his fourth studio album features a wealth of guest talent in the form of French artists The Liminañas and Tim Glass; Japanese vocalist, composer and sound designer Narumi Herisson aka Vega Voga; Australian trio Funboys; and Spaniard Pajaro Sunrise.
 
‘COLIBRI is a psychedelic labyrinth, a sentimental and hypnotic ascent that radiates on the dancefloor. VARIATION SUR 3 BANCS featuring The Limiñanas', immerses us in the world of acid western and psychedelic pop ; a hitchhiker’s fever dream. On TOKOYO NO KUNI, Golden Bug invites Japanese singer Vega Voga to craft a bridge between their two cultures by creating a musical epic, sounding like an imaginary, acid-drenched Toshiya Fujita movie. With its slow rhythm and spellbinding melodies, LA BOITE NOIRE explores Berlin electronica immersed in chloroform. FATA MORGANA excites with its sleazy rhythm, hypnotic arpeggiator and cosmic sound effects. NID DE GUEPES’ interstellar flute wraps around slowed dub effects, like a 45 played at 33, and evokes emotion by repeating its heady loop, an obsessive and mutant vision of music. BRING THE LIGHT with the support of Spanish singer Pajaro Sunrise is an ideal springboard to touch the stars and explores the clear face of Golden Bug by fusing choppy oriental guitars, solar vocals and dub rhythm. Without interruption, KOTODAMA continues the journey to an unknown planet, on which Vega Voga comes to pose her suave voice on dark electronic arrangements, transforming itself into indescribable and harmoniously eccentric binary code. Candy Kingdom Synth Orchestra's new single 'The Star's Leap At Night' offers more utopian visions for dance music and includes remixes from Lauer and Vitling. Candy Kingdom Synth Orchestra is Berlin-based, Jerusalem-born Uri Yacobi Keller. He has been in the German capital for almost a decade playing in clubs such as Griessmuehle and About Blank. The data scientist has a long-standing love of house, techno and drum & bass as well as a passion for sci-fi that infuses his music. His fantastic 'The Star’s Leap At Night' is a driving and pulsing electronic house track with starry-eyed keys and neon chords. The yearning vocals imbue it with passion and meaning as the bubbling arps soar into the cosmos. The synth version strips away the vocals to allow those well-programmed chords more room to shine. First to remix is German icon Lauer, a veteran of labels like Running Back, Permanent Vacation and Beats In Space with an ever-inventive sound. His version is a more elastic and deeper house groove, but still with plenty of layers of lush melody that enrich the soul. English born Dave Whitling is Vitling, a star of the colourful queer scene in Berlin and fast-rising producer, programmer, visual artist and DJ who has already released on Midnight People and Edge Network. His gorgeous take is built on airy, skipping drums and dancing chords that brim with feel-good vibes and a subtle sense of playful party. The Star’s Leap At Night is an EP of beautifully melodic house magic.

Roam Recordings kicks off 2022 with up and coming Canadian artist RJ Maxwell who brings forth two original electronic dance floor movers. The title track - Motherboard - is a driving energetic offering with melodic electronic underpinnings. The second original - Activate - is an upbeat chugger with a playful vocal. The EP is backed with three diverse remixes. The first is from Wonder Stories boss AIMES who infuses dark psychedelic energy into a shimmering remix of the original title track. For the second remix Canadian cohorts jON2 join in with a gorgeous low slung version of Motherboard. Rounding it out is Roam’s own Jason Peters who edges Activate into cosmic breaks 
territory.

Not many people knew about the wonders of this underground party. It was, and always had been, a word of mouth situation, restricted to those who were non-judgmental and willing to let go of their inhibitions. This is the way it would always be: it ensured the space to be safe, sacred and untouched, and the partygoers to be faces who'd soon become friends and not remain strangers. 

For their next release, a digital two-tracker titled The Leisure Hive, NYC's Throne Of Blood link up three Philadelphian artists: Optimo and Les disques de la mort signees Zillas On Acid and Permanent Vacation and Mister Saturday Night alumni Alex Burkat. The three artists first met at Dave P's Making Time parties where the former duo have been resident DJs for years. It's this night that inspired the idea behind this new release: two "psychedelic dance floor jams" that are custom-made to soundtrack the frivolities at open-minded soirees like Making Time.

Saturn is a music project by DJ/Producer Andra G. Yoseph, which over the years had worked alongside music collectives and labels. Joining Akamady Records in 2019, he also has done several rework and remixes on other labels, one of his notable remix was released under MMDiscos Berlin. Its vibe sits in the middle spectrum between organic wave and 70’s psychedelia, equipped with subtle krautrock feel.
Karavan Haze EP marks Saturn's second original mix series release on Akamady Records. The EP starts with Moonstone Dub, a mix between dub-disco house and percussive soundscapes, evoking a trip through a nocturnal tunnel. Then comes Karavan Haze, an atmospheric electronica track that provides mind and body elevating trip. The EP closes with Santi Kush, which combines distinct aspects of world music and traditional percussion with mind-altering subliminal groove.

One of Paisley Dark's fave producers, Mark Cooper aka Bedford Falls Players, ventures into early New Order territory with a Hooky style riff played high up the fret board and adding even more melody than would have been thought humanly possible.

Last but certainly not least is our good friends Jezebell who have produced a bouncing cosmic delight which is simply impossible not to dance to. One to get the party started whist out on the terrace enjoying the last of the sunshine.
