Yet Another Kito Jempere Album was finished two months before the pandemic hit, and released right at the peak of it in November 2020. Due to COVID19 restrictions was never played live, although a big AV show was planned and put into production. This album is a long journey of meeting friends along the way of Kito Jempere and making them stand together for one simple idea: get together for music. Album was never aimed at any charts or hype, it was just a bunch of demos, which later transformed into fully fledged compositions and then laid out into a long-play sequence.

Yet Another Kito Jempere Album is both a spontaneous and easy-going free-time friendly project and a real Kito Jempere’s own universe combining artists as Jimi Tenor, Mujuice, Lipelis, Rich Thair of Red Snapper, Cedric Gasaida, Hard Ton, Ruf Dug and many others. The variety of the album got wider with lots of amazing remixes from Kito’s friends: Max Essa, Andras, Fango, Eden Burns and many more. But every journey comes to and end. In 2022 Kito wanted to finish the story with huge DELUXE collection of 36 tracks including album originals, released remixes and previously unreleased remixes and versions by Samo DJ, Hard Ton, Longhair, Linja and Fanick. Original cover image by Dmitry Shiryaev also was transformed into painting by Netflix/Apple illustrator Joe Taylor.

Yet once again the world had gone crazy, Kito couldn’t believe his eyes in the end of February. It was a tough decision not to stop, not to give up. Music is the only answer. Art is the only future. We need to find peace within ourselves, spread it around us, and start all over again. The final chapter of Yet Another Kito Jempere Album’s story is here. We all need to redefine ourselves. The darkest hour always comes before the dawn. Only we can make the future happen.

In late 2016, Thomas Gandey and Danny McLewin — known from the popular disco-influenced electronic music collective Psychemagik — emerged from their studio in London, England, claiming to have produced an extended musical arrangement, both entitled, and containing the sounds of, shakuhachi. Furthermore, they insisted, for the purposes of this production, and a further album of related arrangements to be released subsequently in conjunction with the successful German record label Kompakt, they should be referred to henceforth as Ghost Vision.

Shortly thereafter, the audio recordings described by Gandey and McLewin came into the possession of noted Los Angeles degenerate, DJ and nymphomaniac* (citation needed) Dirty Dave, who was quick to relay the hallucinatory qualities of the duo’s productions to fellow DJ and trusted hallucinogenic expert Paramida, of esteemed German musical imprint Love On The Rocks.

Paramida, recognising the innate quality of the sounds presented to her, decided that such recordings warranted immediate release through her audio distribution channel, and not without remixes. Quite without thinking of the Eastern origins of the instrument which had given the recording certain sonic distinguishments, and of course, its title, she enlisted the help of two musicians named Alex — one from Tokyo, and one from Kyoto.

Both Alex From Tokyo — the acclaimed producer of electronic sounds known for his prior releases on popular German label Innervisions — and his counterpart, Alex from Kyoto, better known as Al Kassian, rising Tamagotchi on Paramida’s Love On The Rocks imprint and his own label, Planet Sundae — turned in striking reinterpretations of Gandey and McLewin’s composition. It was reported that upon their arrival and first listening at Love On The Rocks headquarters, wild dancing broke out almost immediately and did not stop for 36 hours.

The resulting package of stereo recordings was finally released for public broadcast and manipulation by disc jockeys in early 2018, to much rejoicing, from England to LA, throughout Europe and Japan. It marked the first release for the label in their fourth year of operation, during which there is much more to come.

The spiritual and uplifting music of Clifford White is highlighted with two of his most sought after songs, taken from his 1989 album The Lifespring, and presented here in a special extended 12” for the first time.

Starting in music production at just 15, White could be described as a protégée, however his take is that they were part of a music journey that continues today.   With a centre found in electronic music and spirituality, his progress, from simple home use 4-track stereo to working in professional 16-tracks studios was swift, but matched by a deeper appreciation, greater confidence and wider palette of music styles.  

Utilising his love of early samplers, his first use of the Akai S612 to accompany and expand his keyboard recordings saw continued development from his debut album at just 17 with Ascension (1985), to the follow up Spring Fantasy (1987) and on to The Lifespring (1989).  A small review in the local paper literally led to a knock at the door and offer of a deal from the Start (State Of The Art ) label to record his next album.   With a subsequent advance,  professional studio equipment was hired and out of these sessions his sound expanded to include ambient, orchestral, synth pop and even ballads.  

From this both Lifestream and Rain Trek emerged.  With a love of Jean Michel Jarre’s Oxygène in mind, Lifestream’s smooth beginning soon gives way to the pulse of an arpeggio driven groove.  Aiming for “relaxation with an edge”, the track has become a secret play for the more Balearic minded DJ in the decades since and now sees the LP trade for dizzying sums.  However, the original is aching brief, gracefully fading as part of the album’s journey.   Here though, with DJs and collectors in mind, White returns to the song to craft a specially extended version that completes the song and will be appreciated at sunsets across the globe. 

Seeking to take the music and listener to another place, Rain Trek took White’s interest in Sci-Fi and the mystic powers of water to a rightful conclusion.   The healing nature of his music is apparent, the mystery, yearning and travelling, all emotions evident, but with a kick that will grace the more enlightened dance.

Occasionally prodigal, but ever-prodigious, Elliot Thomas AKA @Etbonz weaves an 80-s/early 90’s sci fi cinema sound into a total recall of scattered memories. Childhood play with starcom and Gobots. Soaking in cult classics like Robocop, Predator, and Big Trouble in Little China on VHS. DJing in spacey laser-lit rooms draped with sound-dampening curtains. These are the Rockstar fueled productions that Etbonz’ midnight sessions have generated for “Beyond The Cosmic Blaze.” Rounding out this scientific experiment is Grenvision's Trent (@lucaTrent) , who explores psychedelic yet euphoric sonics opening a vortex to the unknown through his rework of "Blue Drink." Together, they embark on a journey trailblazing through the cosmos as they christen our newly-active Bouquet. label with our first 12".

Using the original ambient vibe and adding his personal touch, the Leipzig Urgestein shows off in fine, subtle elegance. Sebastian Voigt is strongly related to Renate club in Berlin where he is taking care of bookings and holds a residency, more on the techno side of things. His breakbeat remix of „Milieu“ features the vocals of photographer Gundula Eldowy Schulze. He ends up at 130 BPM in frantic, yet warm craziness. Chapeau. Sir Iron Curtis, better known as Frank Music's BFF whirls „Wing House“ into a genuine bassline monster. His machines tell a story. A story of a neverending, peaceful dance.
