I spend hours every day fixing weird mouth sounds, and deciding how many uhms and uhs to leave in someone's interview. Everyone who conducts interviews should take at least one mime class so they know how to react to what people say non-verbally and not just go mmm after every sentence. We’re clowns anyways, might as well make it official.
