Harley D started making music in 2010 and has now been a prominent producer in Drum & Bass for the past 3 years; boasting releases on some of the freshest labels Drum & Bass has to offer such as CruCast, Serial Killaz, Low Down Deep, GRID, Invicta Audio and many more. With many big solo releases under his belt gaining support from the likes of Noisia, Skrillex, Enei, Kasra, S.P.Y and many more big names in the scene; he has also remixed and worked with the likes of SASASAS & Top Cat. Focusing on the party, Harley D's music is made for the rave and we expect everyone to hear his music throughout the year at festivals, parties and all things underground!

Introducing the new monthly mix series, founded by Hull-based DJ Cookie Tee, the WUBS (Women United By Sound) series aims to unite, uplift, and highlight the incredible women within the bass music scene.

While representation has undoubtedly improved in recent years, this is only part of the equation. It is clear that women in our scene still face challenges, and there is always room for continued progress. This is why I decided to start this series and give these women an extra place to be heard! 

This series will feature a carefully curated selection of talented DJs, ranging from emerging artists who deserve greater recognition, to more established DJs who are already hosting radio shows, streams, performing at events, and touring the globe. These women deserve both respect and recognition for their dedication and contribution to the craft.

The love of Drum and Bass unites this collective of talented women, but the DnB Girls don't stop there! They also express their creativity, celebrate diversity, and push boundaries.

Introducing Gail : 
Hailing from the Isle of Wight, Gail has been honing her craft behind the decks for nearly four years. Renowned for her dynamic blends, heavy double drops, and high-energy performances, her unique style is deeply rooted in her upbringing surrounded by jungle, garage, and a passion for old-school jump-up.

A resident DJ with Isle of Wight-based label Pressure, Gail has been making waves in the scene—securing wins in numerous DJ competitions, including Next Hype and Subliminal, and consistently performing across the South Coast.

Over the past two years, she has brought her sound to major stages, playing at events such as Subliminal, Breaking Science, Isle of Wight Festival, and Big Beach Weekender. Gail has shared lineups with some of the scene’s heavyweights, including Andy C, DJ Hazard, Serum, Logan D, and Nicky Blackmarket.

With plans to dive deeper into music production and a calendar that continues to fill up, Gail shows no signs of slowing down.

Introducing Shan : 
Shan is a rising DJ from the Isle of Wight whose deep-rooted love for drum and bass and the rave scene led her to step behind the decks three years ago. Since then, she’s been steadily building a name for herself with her infectious energy and ever-evolving sound.

A product of the island-based label Pressure, Shan has consistently pushed herself, performing at local events and sharing the stage with artists such as Logan D and Ego Trippin. Her reach has expanded in the last 18 months, with appearances in Vauxhall following a win at Next Hype, and debuts with two Brighton-based labels: Sub-Liminal and Powerhouse Productions. A standout moment in her journey so far was playing the Isle of Wight Festival, delivering an unforgettable set at Cirque de la Quirk during the Pressure takeover.

Shan’s style blends a range of sounds within the drum and bass spectrum—from high-energy jump up to vibey jungle and deep, rolling beats. Her versatility and track selection make each set fresh and full of character. Known for her explosive back-to-back performances with fellow DJ Gail, the duo brings undeniable intensity to the stage—expect nothing less than pure energy.
