This album was created to showcase the multitude of talented artists and sub-genres in the worldwide underground techno community.

Dark, Minimal, Psychedelic and Progressive Techno are a few of the styles included in this compilation, not to mention a splash of progressive psytrance to finish off this fully stacked album on a highly energetic note.

In his take on Crescendoll's "Chasing Rabbits", Egomorph produces a sticky, bouncy, swampy evil groover fit for a seance or ritual…Egomorph lends his trademark evolving psychedelic bass sounds and bouncing rhythms to the track, ushering us wulves on his demonic ride hunting for rabbits in a black forest with nothing but glowing yellow eyes surrounding in the nighttime darkness. And in a moment of inspiration, he threw in a sample of the original Cheshire Cat for added flair! Truly an unforgettable remix.

Deadtime stories is the latest creation from Italian producer Egomorph. It continues in his trademark style telling dark and twisted stories inspired by horror movies with a psytech beat. His penchant for horror themes and dark atmosphere is prevalent in all of his music and most of his tracks are shaped and morphed from these origins. He finds the dark atmospheres he gravitates toward to create a balance between seductive and aggressive in the musical textures and melodies in his music. 

With this release, Egomorph was looking to focus on a more trendy modern minimal tech sound. He used more Moog synth sounds and less of his signature squelches/stabs but maintained his usual arrangement patterns. The EP is composed of two original tracks and five remixes. 

Out of the two original tracks, Biolapsus is more complex and dynamic, especially on the moody groove; where Deadtime Stories is more linear and melodic, with a strong kick and bassline. The remixers on the release include Electrypnose (Switzerland), Trilingo (Germany), Myad (USA), Zandre Van Zyl (South Africa), and Shadow Wulf label-boss Crescendoll.
