Curse 003 - Noform

Damian aka Virus is a DJ born in Warsaw who has been present on the stage for over a decade. He participated in several projects promoting techno and drum & bass in the capital. He likes to experiment with electronics. His sets are deep, dark and hypnotic sounds on the one hand, and distorted industrial on the other. Currently, the style he presents is a selection of sophisticated sounds of techno, drum & bass and experimental. He is also a listener of such music as: post punk, industrial rock, trip hop, grime, hip hop. At the beginning of 2020, he launched his own mini podcast, Broken Tape, in which he focuses on deep varieties of drum & bass, techno and experimental.

For the last podcast of 2022 we wanted to bring someting special. We have a lot of artist's who inspired us to open Lethal Curse but there is one special duo called "Belief Defect" which had a huge impact on the idea of our label. It's also the first podcast ever made by them so we are trully honoured to be the vessel for it.

Our "Curse" podcast series has always been an inspirational offer for the listener, but at the end of every year we are inviting artists which inspired us to create this project. This time we are going to present two of them!

The first one is mighty Swarm Intelligence!

We are not talking too much about the artist. What you need to know is in the music, the poem and the note below.

NOTE:
"This mix is a collection of music that has accompanied me throughout the last year or so. Actually, I see it as less of a mix, and more a case of sitting down with a good friend and sharing the sounds that have excited and inspired me lately. Though I eat, sleep and breathe techno, my taste and interests run far wider. I hope this podcast gives the listener a sense of this, maybe even an idea of where my sound has its roots."
