Online voting starts November 20th, 2013 to December 11th, 2013

That’s where you’ll get access to the remix stems, MIDI files and get updates on the contest!

IMPORTANT:
Once you get the remix stems, you will have one month to complete and upload your remix through our dropbox on Soundcloud (Make sure you start following Nuevadeep on Soundcloud):

RULES:
1. We are currently only looking for official remixes within the Deep House, Nu-Disco & Chill Out/Downtempo genres. If you produce within another genre, and still want to put in an entry, and we like it, we’ll put it on our Soundcloud page as well. (We like to give new artists exposure).
2. Must use at least 3 remix parts. Must be an original production. (no mash ups or uncleared samples can be used)
3. Must upload your finished track to our dropbox on Soundcloud by November 19th to qualify. Make sure you’re following us on Soundcloud to get updates.

HOW DO I WIN?
Once the entries are compiled, Nuevadeep management will vote on their top 10. The top 10 tracks will then be posted on our public Soundcloud page. The most favorites, unique comments & listens wins! Make sure you get all your friends and contacts to listen & favorite your track!

PROMOTE YOUR WORK!
Post your work on your social media feeds! When posting on Twitter, use the hash tag #remixnuevadeep Also when uploading to your Soundcloud, Facebook or YouTube channel, please use the official artwork supplied.
Winner will be announced on December 20th via our Facebook page & Soundcloud.

WHAT DO I WIN?
The winner of the remix competition will get his or her remix released as part of the official remix package available on Beatport & iTunes.
-Winner will receive 50% royalties on release
-Opportunity to remix future releases on Nuevadeep.
-Opportunity to release one original track on Nuevadeep.
-The winning remixer will receive a Featured Artist mix on Proton. The runner up 2 remixers can be featured on proton’s "VS" show. The 3 winners can also receive a full year of Proton Radio on demand subscriptions

I'm an electro and disco lover from way back starting in the late 80's/early 90's before I went to school. Over the last few years I have mellowed out a bit and become more interested in chillin' than partyin'. 

I hope that when you come home from a hard night of D & M's in loud clubs, spewing on a strangers shoes and random taxi's home that I can give you a safe place to stretch out, unwind your mind and recover well.

Driving Winds intends to share music that is relaxed, emotive and tells a story and is currently interested in collaborating with other electronic artists using Burroughs 'Cut Ups' theory.
