Understanding how to create and maintain a world class offer for your business or brand (i.e. your core product or service that you offer) is THE most important thing to focus on getting “right” in your business. This is why I created the concept of “Intentional Professional Development”. 

In the coaching and personal development industry, as well as the online business space, very few of us are required to participate in any form of professional development. This means we rarely learn the process required to maintain the core skills we use and rely upon to execute our products and services (i.e. the most important aspect of our business). 

This is NOT a one and done process. You create and maintain a competitive, industry leading, world class offer for your business (which is what business success & your personal fulfillment requires) through an un-ending commitment, development and refinement of your CRAFT. 

New certifications and business coaching/mentorship rarely addresses this. In fact, both assume your offer is as good as it can be. But where is the support in making sure that is the case?
