Completed his Bachelors & Masters degree from University of Brighton & SAE Institute in Music Production, Sound Technology & Sound Engineering in the U.K. Since then, Daniel Da Silva gained a lot of experience in the music industry, specially within the electronic scene, working for StompaPhunk Records, Underwater Records and a nightclub called Audio in Brighton. Started his journey throughout various tasks and positions elevating from Promotion, Marketing & Events, Label Management, DJing and finally to Production.

Daniel, now known as D.G.X. worked for a Film Production Company & Cinema Studios, Cinecittà in Rome, as Sound Engineer and Music Producer on a few short films and documentaries. This gave him the opportunity to explore in depth the recording, editing, mixing & mastering of live performances in addition to connecting more with live contemporary instruments.

After establishing the bridge between music technology & instrumental composition, D.G.X. started exploring the performing side as Dj & Producer which led him to travel, perform and produce 'House Music' for different labels and venues around the world, absorbing their music cultures and music appreciation from Portugal to the U.K. Italy, Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Mexico 
and Miami.

D.G.X. counts with innumerable Dj Live Sets like a Freelancer, Resident, and Radio guest.

	⁃	In The U.K. with Pressure Radio (Playing at clubs like: Audio, Honey Club, Ocean Rooms among other small bars like Suga Qube.) 
	⁃	In Portugal with Radio Oxigenio, MixRadio Show (Playing at clubs like: Coconuts, Europa, Fez among other small bars.) 
	⁃	In Italy with M2O Radio (Playing at clubs like: Goa, Mia, among other small bars.) 
	⁃	In Buenos Aires with Latent Talent (Playing at clubs like: Crobar, Baherin among other small bars.)
	⁃	In Colombia with Radio Caracol (Playing at clubs like: Armando Records, Video, among other small bars.)
	⁃	In Miami (Playing at clubs & festivals like: WMC 2012 Edition, Tree House, Purdy Lounge, Segafredo, Ice Bar, Diesel store, Piano Bar, SouthBeachGroup among other small bars.)

Participated in many collaborated projects with other artists such as: Darren Emerson, DJ Paulo Leite, DJ Vidal, Freshkitos, Shuffle Progression, Carlos Cunha, Funky F Project, Luis Leite, Juce, Cyber X, W&A, Alex S, Ricardo Guerra, Carlos Cardozo.

He has released music for different labels like: Fatal Music MixStore Records, HMSP Music, Filthy Groovin Records, SoutHouse Records, Lad Records, Fire Beat Records and many other sub-labels that offered him the opportunity to expose his music talent by editing and releasing own productions and remixes for different artists including: 

Dennis Ferrer, Danny Tenaglia, DJ Vibe, Magik Johnson, SQL, Dj Paulo Leite, Luis Leite, Juce, DJ Dextro, Phonic Lounge, Phill Kay, TRL, South Coast, Daniel Castillo, Marco Hinojosa, Mario Garcia, Super Agent 33, Glenn Jr, KZR, Shuffle Progression, Frank Charles, Andy Notalez, Kelly Houston, Soul Connection, DJW and Alex Santos for example, among many other talented artists.

Is born in the needing of putting on the music market, now saturated by big names, small and emerging DJs and producers of the world's undeground panorama house, just under the ground, often behind-the-scenes operators or simply enthusiasts who in leisure time They love to make a quality house.

The lofting name derives from the artistic movement born in New York in the mid-1970s, where in the lofts and garages, on the first music house in history, the "dancers" had fun inventing new movements to their individual choreographies, "Lofting" at the classic disco dance

Lofting Digital Recordings nasce dall'esigenza di mettere sul mercato musicale, ormai saturo da grandi ed altisonanti nomi, piccoli ed emergenti dj e produttori del panorama house undeground mondiale, proprio under the ground, spesso operatori che lavorano dietro le quinte o semplici appassionati che nel tempo libero si dilettano a fare dell'house di qualità.

il nome lofting deriva dal movimento artistico nato a new york a metà degli anni 70, dove nei loft e nei garage, sulla prima musica house della storia, i  "dancers" si divertivano ad inventare nuove movenze alle loro coreografie individuali, dando appunto il nome "lofting" al classico ballo da discoteca
