Words can not express how beautifully curated Otherworld was, located in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Embodying the 10 principles of Burning Man, this festival was a highlight for me this summer. Grateful for the opportunity to have played three sets throughout the weekend. Lampchanted forest was especially magical and vibey, enjoy this mix and I hope it brings you back to dancing in the forest <3

Its only been 3 months since I played my first show, after losing my ability to walk. It feels much longer than 3 months but I really am proud of myself for pushing myself in physical therapy to get back on my feet and back on stage!! Hope you enjoy this full live set!

When I put this mix together for my first Shams set, I felt really called to highlight a wide range of music that I've been loving. Although I love getting specific and creating a slow moving journey that way. There is power to be held in a set that takes you many places, while maintaining the continuity of a smooth journey altogether. I really wanted to communicate who I truly am as an artist. I love *so* much different music, so what better place then Shambhala to express that, to create a journey that isn't just one vibe. The Lake is a collective of musicians who’ve been creating together across genres for nearly two decades. Formed during the first lockdown with a lakeside retreat in the Ardennes, their debut vinyl EP on WeZienWel Records captured a sense of freedom and reflection.

‘Corkhills Farmhouse’ is their second album — recorded in midsummer 2024 during a three-week music retreat in Portugal. The natural surroundings among cork oak trees and spirit of Waking Life, shaped a spontaneous creative process with members of the WeZienWel community. A space where the Crato environment itself guided the sound with experimental electronics with natural textures.
